First, we will chat for about 10 - 15 minutes to check in what you want to focus on followed by a 30 minute class to introduce you to the basic principles of this method. Classes begin sitting on a stool (or chair with no arms) with a focus on alignment and posture. You will learn how to relieve pressure in the joints, mobilize the spine, and stretch and strengthen simultaneously.
